YouthFest is a movement.
A stirring up from God himself. It's more
than just a gathering from different states.
A
few years ago, some correspondence was
exchanged between the youth of Tennessee
and Florida, inviting each other to their
special meetings. The Spirit of God moved
mightily in those meetings. Many were
filled with the Spirit for the first time.
Lives were transformed. There was a unity
of spirit, a oneness of heart and the
desire for more of God. After those special
church meetings in TN and FL, the urge
for a more united endeavor encompassing
youth from TN, GA and FL was sensed by
all and led to the call for a meeting
in Atlanta. The youth leaders from Atlanta
also expressed the same intentions and
desires and thus, by faith, began the
first gathering in July 2004. That experience
changed many who attended and was the
impetus for the next gatherings in Tennessee
and Florida. |

"
YOUTHFEST " encompasses 4 main purposes:
1. Worship - Worship with a freedom that allows
for the flow of the Spirit.
2. Instruction - Instruction thru anointed servants
of God and our own on-fire youth.
3. Fellowship - Fellowship that develops unbreakable
bonds and unforgettable memories.
4. Extension - Extension in the form of evangelism
within our community and those outside. |

The
acronym spells out WIFE, which is what
the Biblical picture of the bride, the
body of Christ, ought to be doing in
these last days, fulfilling the plans
and purposes of God for this world,
within the context of the local church.
We have garnered good support within
the churches of the respective states
and we have seen unprecedented unity
among the youth and youth leaders. |

was held in Chattanooga, Tennessee on Memorial
Day weekend.
- WinterFest '06
was held in Lakeland, Florida on MLK weekend.
- YouthFest ’06
was held in Philadelphia, PA partnered with
Fusion.
- YouthFest ’07
was held in Atlanta, Georgia on Memorial Day
weekend.

was held in Dallas, Texas at Christ for the
Nations Institute

and Trinity Life Church

While the
majority of those attending are from the 3
states in the Southeast, we've seen young
people from all over. Pennsylvania, New York,
Dallas, Michigan, Oklahoma, etc. Various churches
and ministries have partnered with us in this
endeavor and have expressed their desire to
be part of this movement.
These venues are open for all, youth and adults.
We want to be obedient to God, to His plan,
to His purposes. We believe God has raised
us up for such a time as this, part of the
end-time generation. Yes, to be a generation,
that seeks the face of God.
What sets YouthFest apart from other meetings
and gatherings is that it was begun, run and
moving forward by the efforts mainly this
new generation, motivated by nothing else
than the above 4 principles, genuinely seeking
the heart of God.
We are expecting greater things are yet to
come for YouthFest this January in Lakeland,
FL as more than 9 churches from the area have
committed to working together already. JOIN
